Starlink Group Limited (New Zealand) and Guangxi Xingjun Group related business entities are gradually forming a cross-border collaborative operation system around cross-border trade, logistics and warehousing, local delivery, platform operations, brand services, and cultural tourism asset operations between China and New Zealand.

The business entities in both regions operate independently in accordance with the laws of their respective places of registration, and collaborate in supply chain organization, cross-border logistics, warehousing and distribution, platform services, brand operations, and customer service according to actual business needs, providing support for commodity circulation, business services, and local fulfillment between the Chinese and New Zealand markets.

Related business teams in New Zealand have long been engaged in Sino-New Zealand international logistics, warehousing, and local delivery operations, accumulating operational experience in cross-border logistics, overseas warehousing, and local fulfillment. Related business entities in China started with informatization system development and enterprise management system construction, and subsequently expanded into supply chain services, cross-border trade, and industrial operations.

Since 2024, related businesses in China and New Zealand have begun collaborative integration, gradually forming a cross-border business collaboration model centered on China supply chain organization, cross-border transportation services, New Zealand local warehousing, local delivery, platform sales, and merchant services.

In terms of platform and business services, related businesses include B2C e-commerce services for consumers, B2B supply chain services for merchants, local delivery services, and content marketing services. Related platforms and businesses include Urbslink B2C e-commerce platform, ZhenXin Select B2B supply chain platform, and Movelink city delivery platform, providing online sales, supply chain procurement, local delivery, and merchant promotion services for consumers and merchants.

In terms of asset operations and cultural tourism services, related entities participate in New Zealand local commercial real estate, accommodation assets, and cultural tourism project-related businesses, and operate the Starland Stays accommodation brand and Spark Journey customized travel service brand, providing customers with accommodation management, short-term rental asset management, customized travel, and destination services.

In terms of brand operations, related entities own and operate the New Zealand self-owned brand Koura, and continue to advance brand construction around product development, supply chain organization, and channel sales.

Relying on business collaboration in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, platforms, brands, and local services between China and New Zealand, related entities are gradually building a cross-border business service chain covering commodity organization, cross-border transportation, overseas warehousing, local delivery, online sales, merchant services, and brand operations, providing business service support for Chinese enterprises entering the New Zealand market and New Zealand enterprises conducting China market-related businesses.
